Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the itverse platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including learners, instructors, and administrators.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You may use itverse for personal, non-commercial learning purposes or, if you are an instructor, to create and distribute educational content. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape content or interfere with the platform
- Submit code or content that is plagiarized, illegal, or harmful
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings or contest results
4. Courses & Certificates
Courses are provided by instructors and verified by itverse. Certificates are issued upon successful completion and can be verified publicly. itverse reserves the right to revoke certificates if course completion was achieved through cheating or violation of these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for course purchases, subject to our refund policy.
6. Instructor Terms
Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant itverse a license to host, distribute, and display it on the platform. Revenue sharing terms are defined in the Instructor Agreement. itverse may remove content that violates guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, trademarks, and proprietary features are owned by itverse. Course content is owned by the respective instructors. User-submitted code in practice problems remains the property of the user.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Data & Privacy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.
